There are 18 apartments on 5
floors. A passenger lift
services all floors. The
apartments are comfortably
furnished, have a fully equipped
kitchenette (with electric 4
burner top and oven), dining
area and private bathroom.
Each apartment is equipped with
a safety deposit box.
Most apartments have a balcony
or terrace. There is also a
self-service laundry room with
washing machines and tumble
dryers (a nominal charge
applies).
The holiday flats are located in a
quiet residential neighbourhood.
You will be living in a typical
town street of Sliema, with
hospitable and friendly
neighbours.
The local grocery store,
pharmacy and butcher are just a
few metres away.
There is no shortage of leisure
and entertainment facilities
either!
You are just minutes away, from

One bedroomed apartments consist
of one separate bedroom with
twin beds, lounge/dining room,
kitchenette, extra divan bed and
private bathroom. The two
bedroom apartments have an extra

The students’ rates are based on a per
bed per day basis sharing an apartment
with fellow students.
Maximum number of persons that will be
accommodated in one bedroom is 2.
RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF UNLIMITED
ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION AND
ONCE WEEKLY MAID SERVICE AND LINEN
CHANGE.
THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
ALL APARTMENTS HAVE INTERNET WIFI
CONNECTIVITY.
A limited number of one bed-roomed
apartments with balcony and private
bathroom for sole occupancy are
available.
All apartments are equipped with
kitchenette, dining facilities and
bathroom.
A discount of 10 % on the above rates
applies for stays longer than 28 nights.
