Accommodation comprises of entrance hall, open plan kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (master includes en-suite shower room), back balconies and large front balcony enjoying side sea views (including outside table with 2 chairs. Accommodation has a superior standard of finish and includes air-conditioning throughout (except 3rd bedroom), 46 inch LCD flat screen and designer sofa in living room. All necessities including washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, electric kettle, toaster, DVD player, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and linen (including towels) are included. Free Internet Wi-Fi, Cable TV and Pay Phone. A cot (on request) and a high chair for the little ones is also included. Pick-up from airport can be arranged. Maid service once weekly for stays of 2 weeks and over.

Property is fine for wheelchair users, however, there is 1 step to get into the property.

There are 2 outside balconies, one large one in the front of the property enjoying side sea views and one at the back of the property.

About 20 minute drive to Malta's only 18 hole golf course.

150 metres from promenade, rocky beaches and various private lidos (fee required for entrance).

10km from Malta International Airport.

In the vicinity of St. Julians, Paceville, Tigne, Portomaso, Yacht Marinas and all major entertainment in Malta.
